AI Desk is usage-based, not seat-based. Eligible new clients receive a one-time 1,000-ADU no-card trial. After billing is activated, the regular AI Desk plan includes the first 1,000 ADU of each UTC calendar month at no charge; usage above that monthly included allowance is charged progressively within each pricing band.

How marginal pricing works: for billing-active accounts, the monthly included 1,000 ADU applies first. Additional usage is divided among the published bands, and each portion is charged only at the rate for that band. Moving into a lower-priced volume band does not retroactively change the price of ADU already counted in an earlier band.
