How this supplement applies
This supplement adds to the Privacy Policy. State privacy laws do not all apply in the same way. A right may depend on residency, statutory thresholds, the nature of the information, the purpose of processing, and available exemptions. Nothing here claims that every listed category of right applies to every person or request.
Potential rights
Where applicable, a resident may have the right to request access to qualifying personal information; correction; deletion; a portable copy; information about categories, sources, purposes, or recipients; or review of a decision concerning a request.
Sale, targeted advertising, and profiling
Alcoden Markets LLC does not currently sell personal information or activate cross-context behavioral advertising or cross-site retargeting. The public waitlist is not designed to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling.
Sensitive information
The public site does not request sensitive personal information through general contact or waitlist forms. Do not submit government identifiers, payment-card information, health information, passwords, or confidential third-party records through those forms.
Requests and verification
Submit a request to aigov@alcoden-os.com with the subject “State Privacy Request.” Identify your state of residence and the right you wish to exercise. Alcoden may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, and scope. Authorized agents may be required to demonstrate authority.

California notice
Where California law applies, California residents may request information about qualifying collection, use, disclosure, sale, or sharing; access, correction, deletion, or limitation of qualifying information; and nondiscriminatory treatment. The current public practices described above do not include sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Changes
This supplement may be updated as state laws, applicability thresholds, and Alcoden’s practices change. The version in effect when a request is submitted will be used together with applicable law.
