Respect and relevance
Participate honestly, address the subject rather than attacking people, and avoid harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, manipulation, or coordinated abuse.
Safety and lawful use
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, exploitative, dangerous, malicious, or sexually abusive content. Do not use an Alcoden space to facilitate fraud, unauthorized access, malware, evasion, or harm.
Privacy and confidentiality
Do not post personal information, credentials, private communications, client materials, trade secrets, regulated data, or confidential third-party content without appropriate authority.
Intellectual property
Submit only material you are authorized to provide. Participation does not transfer ownership of Alcoden products or technology. Feature-specific terms may request a limited license necessary to host, display, moderate, or respond to a submission.
Moderation
Alcoden Markets LLC may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or report content; limit participation; or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these guidelines, protect people or systems, comply with law, or preserve an effective operating environment. Moderation is not guaranteed to identify every problem.
Reports
When an interactive feature becomes active, concerns may be reported to aigov@alcoden-os.com with the relevant URL and a concise description.
