Alcoden audits, structures, and governs AI and automation operations. We work with companies that are already using AI in production but need a documented, controlled record of what those systems are doing — and what they aren't. The work produces named deliverables: maps, findings, priority matrices, rollout plans. It is not advisory. It is operational.
The Audit is a diagnostic — it tells you what's happening in your AI stack, what's missing, and what to do next. The Rollout Sprint is an implementation engagement — it takes a specific workflow and builds it in a controlled, documented way. The Kits are structured DIY tools for teams that want to self-govern without a full service engagement. Most clients start with an Audit and move into a Sprint or Retainer based on the findings.
No. Our clients include founders who manage AI decisions without engineering backgrounds and ops leads who own workflow decisions without writing code. The deliverables are designed to be read, understood, and acted on by the people who run operations — not just the people who built the systems.
Alcoden is built for founder-led and operator-led companies — typically 5 to 100 people — where one or two people own the AI and automation decisions and need a structured, accountable system behind those decisions. If that describes you, size is not a barrier.
Audit is $2,500. Sprint Spec is $4,500 Core or $8,000 Expanded. Sprint Build is $9,000 Core or $16,000 Expanded. Sprint Implement remains waitlist-only at $15,000 Core or $27,000 Expanded. The Oversight Retainer starts at $1,500/month with a 3-month minimum. Kits are $79–$329 and remain waitlist-only. Full pricing is on each service page.
For an Audit: a list of the AI tools and automations you're currently using, your top 3–5 operational pain points, and any screenshots, workflow diagrams, or process notes you have available. That's the intake. Everything else we build from there. For a Sprint: a specific workflow or process you want to implement, your success condition, the tools involved, and access details. We give you a structured intake form when we begin.
The Audit delivers within 5 business days of a completed intake. Sprint timing depends on the selected service level and approved scope. All timelines start from the applicable completed intake or engagement start point.
When customer engagements and portal access are activated, communication is designed to occur through email and the client portal rather than recurring discovery or check-in meetings. The portal is designed to provide visibility into engagement status, released files, and operator notes. At present, the public Contact form records an inquiry through Alcoden’s protected intake route; visitors may also email aigov@alcoden-os.com directly.
Structured documents you can read, present, and act on. The Audit produces: a current-state map of your AI stack, a findings and risk summary, a priority matrix (Fix Now / Next / Later), and a route recommendation for what comes next. The Sprint produces: a rollout plan, integration contract notes, a preflight checklist, and a handoff summary. Everything is named, versioned, and delivered to your portal.
At present, information submitted through the public Contact form is transmitted to Alcoden’s protected intake route and may be retained as a limited intake or delivery record so the team can review and respond. When customer engagements and portal access are activated, applicable intake data, deliverables, and engagement records are intended to be maintained within the authorized client environment under the terms and notices presented for that service. Alcoden does not use client information to train external systems.
The planned customer pathway allows an organization to return for a follow-up Sprint after an Audit or move into the Oversight Retainer for ongoing visibility. When those customer services activate, any reuse of prior engagement records will be governed by the applicable agreement, access controls, and privacy notice rather than by a public waitlist or inquiry submission.
A monthly recurring engagement in which we review your AI and automation stack, identify what changed or drifted, and deliver a structured monthly report covering findings, optimization recommendations, and escalation signals. It's designed for clients who want a named, accountable system watching their operations after a Sprint or Audit — without hiring internally for that role. Starts at $1,500/month with a 3-month minimum.

"We built Alcoden because the gap between AI adoption and AI governance was producing real operational risk — and nobody was treating it as an engineering problem worth solving properly."
